Responsible for 450 + volunteers at the Wizz Air Skopje 2018 Marathon edition in a volunteer manager monitoring/consultant role.
Responsibilities:
– organizing the implementation of the recruitment process
– review and giving consultancy of existing volunteer program and recommendations report for the future edition of the marathon
