Task: Deputy Volunteers Manager – UEFA Super Cup 2017

Led a successful volunteer program of 90+ volunteers managing recruitment, training, engagement, monitoring, and evaluation in volunteer management as a part of the Local Organizing Committee of Football Federation of Macedonia in hosting and organization of the UEFA Super Cup Skopje 2017 with responsibility for developing and implementing a volunteering strategy plan.

Responsibilities:

– Act as a Deputy Volunteer Manager in decision making

the process with the UEFA office

– implementing UEFA Volunteer Concept through the

volunteer management program

– recruitment, training, and management of Volunteers

– distribution of volunteer agreements and uniforms

– setting up and managing the Volunteers Center with the

UEFA Volunteer Manager

– responsible for the organization of the Volunteer closing

party including distribution of gifts and certificates

– representing the Volunteers Office
